How do I get paid?
You handle all transactions directly with clients. We send you the inquiry, you quote and book the session. We don't take commissions or process payments.
What's the commitment?
Free listing is forever free, no credit card required. If we introduce paid plans after beta, pricing will be agreed with early videographers first — month-to-month, cancel anytime. No commitment until then.
What do inquiries include?
Name, email, phone (optional), and a message about session type, editing needs, dates, and budget. Enough to send a quote before you commit a shoot day.
Is this just a directory?
No. You get listed where surfers browse local services, plus an inquiry dashboard to manage bookings — not just a link in your Instagram bio. Calendar, packages, review follow-ups, and payments are on the roadmap.
How many inquiries should I expect?
We're in early beta. Some videographers get inquiries; volume isn't guaranteed yet. The free listing costs nothing — set up your profile, share it locally, and we'll learn together what drives real bookings.
How is this different from Instagram or Facebook?
Instagram and Facebook are great for showing your reels — but when someone wants session footage, they look for local videographers or browse service listings. The platform helps surfers find you on Sticks, and you get structured inquiries in a dashboard, not a DM thread.
When does beta testing end?
When we have enough active videographers receiving regular inquiries to validate what features matter most. Beta testers will get 30 days notice before any pricing changes.
